HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? 

Placing an order with TAMIKA® is easy, simply open an item you love, select your size and press ‘add to cart’. You can view your cart on the top right hand corner of each page. Once you’re ready to order simply review your cart and follow the checkout prompts.

 

I AM UNABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER WHAT CAN I DO?

If you are experiencing errors when attempting to check out please ensure your credit card has not expired and your personal details are correct including shipping and billing addresses. If these errors continue please email our customer care at shop@shoptamika.com

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I PAY IN?

We have Afterpay available and we can facilitate credit and debit card purchases. All purchases are made through a secure network to ensure privacy of your financial details. 

 

IS PAYPAL AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately Paypal is unavailable on TAMIKA® at this stage.

 

WHAT IS AFTERPAY

Afterpay is a payment service that allows you to purchase now and pay later without any interest added to your order. Afterpay is an external payment gateway that allows you to pay for your items in fortnightly installments where, unlike layby it allows you to have your items now and pay them off in affordable fortnightly increments. All you need to have is:

  • A credit or debit card
  • Live in Australia
  • Be over 18years of age.

Please note if you fail to make payments on time you will be charged a $10 late payment fee and a further $7 late fee one week later if the payment remains overdue. For more information see Afterpay.com or view our ‘Afterpay’ information located in the footer of our home page.


WHY IS MY AFTERPAY PAYMENT FAILING?

Afterpay have lower spending limits until a repayment history is obtained (usually the first 6weeks) If you are new to using Afterpay they may cap your first couple of purchases.

-Afterpay requires you to have 25% of the purchase price in your bank account at the time of purchase. Usually this is equal to your first payment amount. If you do not have these funds available your Afterpay purchase will decline.

- Afterpay recognizes if you have outstanding previous purchases. If there is money owing to Afterpay for purchases made elsewhere they reserve the right to decline your new purchase.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY SIZE IS AVAILABLE?

All available sizes are displayed. When you choose a product and select your size if a product selected shows ‘sold out’ unfortunately we are out of stock. On the rare occasion if you purchase a product and it is out of stock we will contact you immediately to refund or organise an alternative.

 

HOW DO I CHECK OUT?

Once you have selected your items simply select your size and press ‘add to cart’ and follow the prompts to ‘check out’. You will be asked to review your order, fill in your details and shipping address, select your payment method and complete your order. You will also be offered to create an account. By creating an account this will allow you to view tracking details and the status of your order.

 

HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

On the menu you will see ‘my account’ by clicking this icon you will be guided through to create your own personalised account that will allow you to check the status of your order, locate tracking details and view your purchase history. By creating an account this will allow faster check out and keep track of your orders.

 

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once you have completed an order you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you listed at check out once your order has been processed. If you have not received this email please check your junk folder. Orders can also be viewed via your ‘my account’ page showing your order history.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Within Australia:

  • Flat rate $5 express shipping
  • Free express shipping on orders over $80 AUD

International Shipping:

  • Flat rate $15 AUD

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We endeavor to have your items to you ASAP. We will ensure your items are shipped to you within 24hrs if placed on a business day. Items are shipped Monday to Friday and are sent by 3pm daily on week days. Any items ordered over the weekend will be shipped by 3pm on Monday. Shipping times will vary on location please see below.

 

SHIPPING TIMES – WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Metro Areas: Your parcel should arrive within 1-3 business days.

Regional Areas: Your parcel should arrive within 2-5 business days.

All parcels are sent with tracking numbers and can be viewed via ‘my account’. Confirmation will be sent to the email you provided at checkout once your order is processed. To track your parcel please view Australia Post Express Tracking online to locate the progress of your package.

New Zealand:

- Flat rate shipping $15aud.

TAMIKA® is not liable for any delays in transit.
We are not responsible for any taxes, charges or customs fees imposed during you parcel delivery. Any fees incurred are to be paid by the customer entirely. Should the customer refuse payment of the fees, taxes or charges during customs you will not be refunded as these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 WHERE CAN I FIND MY SHIPPING INFORMATION?

Click "Account" in the menu to login to see your order history. We also send automated emails out to you as your order is shipped where you can locate your tracking number for your order. All packages are shipped via Australia Post.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, all items are sent via traceable means. Once your order has been processed a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please log into your ‘my account’ to view tracking details or view your confirmation emails.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND A SIZING CHART?

When you select a size on a product below the size variations is a sizing chart. Please note all items are listed in Australian sizing. If an item runs large or small a note will be made in the product description. A more descriptive sizing chart can also be viewed in the footer under ‘sizing chart’.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We offer returns on all full priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of being received or thereafter may be denied. Items must be in original condition, not soiled in anyway and have all tags and sanitary labels attached. See our returns policy.

FAIR WEAR AND TEAR

If a garment gets damaged after it is worn, if the material picks, a button falls off or is otherwise damaged due to fair wear and tear we cannot accept this item and a refund will not be granted.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We offer refunds on all full priced items. Items must be posted within 14 days of being received by the customer or thereafter may be denied. Items must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached. Any items soiled, not in original condition, used/worn or damaged in anyway will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the customer and a refund denied.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Apologies, we do not accept exchanges. If you require a different size, colour or alternative item simply return your item for a refund and place a new order via our website.

  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Any orders cancelled prior to being shipped will be refunded. Apologies, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

 

CUSTOMS AND TAX CHARGES

All prices listed are exclusive of international import charges. All orders outside of Australia may be subject to local import fees and taxes, which will be paid at your expense. If you choose not to pay for these additional fees and taxes you will not be refunded. These fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer.
