DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Yes, we offer returns on all full priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of being received or thereafter may be denied. Items must be in original condition, not soiled in anyway, not smell of deodorant, perfume, cosmetics, dirt, fake tan or washing powder. The item must have all tags and sanitary labels attached and all return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. For more information please read the following.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
A Returns form is provided with each order. This form must be completed and placed in the return package in order to receive a refund. Simply:
- Fill in the returns form and place it in with your return package
- Take your parcel to your local post office and request it to be sent via trackable post.
- Once received by TAMIKA your item will be processed for review and it if meets the returns terms and conditions you will be issued a refund.

Please note that all items are your responsibility until they are returned to TAMIKA®. TAMIKA® will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We recommend you send your package via trackable means to ensure a refund.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?
- Any garment returned which fails to comply with any of the ‘return policy’ conditions.
- Items marked as swimwear, jewellery or undergarments will not be accepted on return due to hygiene reasons.
- Any ‘Sale Items’ are final sale and a return or refund will not be granted
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final sale and under no circumstance will returns be accepted.
FAIR WEAR AND TEAR
If a garment gets damaged after it is worn, if the material picks, a button falls off or is otherwise damaged due to fair wear and tear we cannot accept this item for return and a refund will not be granted.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Any item purchased must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Any items received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving your order. Refunds are available for all full-priced items only. All sale items are final sale and no refunds will be provided.
All items returned must be unworn and in their original condition including all tags and sanitary labels. Once TAMIKA® has received your returned package, the items will be inspected before a refund is issued. TAMIKA® reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned soiled, worn, smell of perfume, washing powder, cosmetics, deodorant or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item breaches our returns policy and is not suitable for a refund.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
At TAMIKA® we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your new item please return it to us. To be eligible for refund on your returned item it must be unworn and in their original condition including all tags and sanitary labels. Once TAMIKA® has received your returned package, the items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed from the date received by TAMIKA®. You will receive a notification via the email you provided at checkout once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will issued to the same source the initial payment was made from.
RETURNS USING AFTERPAY
For any item purchased using Afterpay, please return your items as normal using the return slip provided with your purchase. Once TAMIKA® receives your order, if your items comply with the terms and conditions of sale, you will be refunded. Please note, your Afterpay agreement will still stand and your account will still be debited as per any pre scheduled payments.

DOMESTIC RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items via a means that provides tracking as any returned items that are not received by TAMIKA® will not be refunded therefore it is recommend that customers ask for proof of postage and a tracking number at the time of posting returned items.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING
International shipping costs provided by TAMIKA® do not reflect the cost of return shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about any costs involved with returning an item including delivery and customs fees that may be incurred from the purchaser’s country back to Australia. These fees are entirely at the customer’s expense and are in no way covered by TAMIKA®.

Should alternative issues arise, please be aware that you must contact TAMIKA® prior to returning any items in order to organise alternative arrangements. Problems relating to return of funds to the original account must be addressed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any items. If any issues are not addressed prior to your items being returned, this is outside our control and Tamika® will not be held accountable.
